Join the TopHat Early Learning Family
At TopHat Early Learning, we believe that choosing the right early learning program is one of the most important decisions a family can make. Our enrollment process is designed to help parents learn about our philosophy, programs, and policies while giving us the opportunity to understand your child’s unique needs and ensure we are the right fit for your family.

Step 1: Schedule a Tour
We invite you to visit our center and experience the TopHat Early Learning community firsthand. During your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to explore our classrooms, meet our staff, and learn more about our programs and curriculum.
Step 2: Meet & Greet
Families and children are invited to participate in a Meet & Greet session. This allows your child to spend approximately 30 minutes in the classroom environment while getting acquainted with teachers and classmates.
If space is available and your child demonstrates readiness for the program, an acceptance notification will be sent via email.
Step 3: Submit Enrollment Deposit
A $500 enrollment deposit is required to secure your child’s spot. This deposit will be applied toward your first month’s tuition.
Step 4: Complete Enrollment Forms
Once accepted, you will receive an enrollment packet containing all required paperwork. Please submit the following documents:
- Health and medical forms
- Immunization records
- Emergency contact information
- Any additional enrollment documents
Enrollment cannot begin until all required forms, documentation, and fees have been received and approved.

- Pre-K Grant Program
- Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN)
- USDA Child Care Subsidy Program
- EquiCare Grant
- Working Parents Assistance (WPA)
