Patty Wilkie
Director
Ms.Patty has worked at Top Hat Childcare (formerly Top Hat Montessori) since December 2012. She worked as a lead infant toddler teacher from December 2012 through 2017. In 2017 she started working in administration as the Administrative Assistant, and eventually was promoted to the position of Director.
Training: 90 Hour Early Childhood, 45 Hour Infant Toddler, 45 Hour Director, RIE (Resources for Infant Educators), Abuse & Neglect, 9 Hour Communication, Americans with Disabilities, Basic Health & Safety, Medication & Administration, First Aid/CPR and Supporting Breastfeeding.
Estella Pautrat
Lead Preschool Teacher
Ms. Estella has worked at Top Hat Childcare since 2014 as a lead infant toddler teacher. She currently works in our preschool class as a lead preschool teacher.
